GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Responsibilities:
- To support in designing graphics for projects and all the departments
- Graphics can be in the form of flyer, banner, signages, posters, packaging, promotional items, menu, form, tags, illustration, mascot, icon, jpeg for website, etc.
- To support in branding, conceptualising, decoration and visual improvements in the farm
Requirements:
- Must be willing to work in Teluk Bahang, Penang. Transportation is provided.
- Must possess at least a Diploma in Design/Graphic/Advertising/Media/Multimedia or similar
- Diploma graduates are welcome and no working experience is necessary
- Possess artistic and illustrative skills
- Possess strong creativity, graphic knowledge and skills of the Adobe Suite tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign.
- Must be creative, independent and resourceful
- Must be committed, responsible and a team player
- Knowledge of Dreamweaver, Flash, HTML, etc. is an advantage but not required.
- Candidates must be a Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence status.

Sales Assistant
Responsibilities:
To promote to all customers all existing goods in the Souvenir Shop.
To be responsible for the stock position and display in the shop.
To help public relations exercises pertaining to sales.
To help in the maintaining and up keeping of stock in the Souvenir Shop.
To help in the Art and Artifact Shop when required.
To perform any other duties relating to sales stock as and when required.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level in any field.
Basic customers contact skills, communications skills; good inter personal skills.

Café & Retail Outlet Manager
Responsibilities:
Propose, plan and execute marketing initiative for the Café
Set-up and execute system & controls for a Café
Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supplies, utility and labour cost.
Responsible for ensuring that all financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/ payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
Minimum of 3 years related working experience, preferably managing an outlet in a fast food chain or restaurant.
Skills: Computer literate

Experience in chain restaurants will be an added advantage.
Self motivated and dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities.

Café Assistant
Responsibilities:
To assist the Café Manager in the overall supervision of all food and beverage in the Café.
Act under direction of the Café Manager on all areas pertaining to food and beverage operational and ensuring the services of food and beverage to customers’ satisfaction
Able to attend to customer complaints and take action if necessary and communicate with the Café Manager.
To assist in producing realistic and accurate annual budget for all food and beverage in the café.
To operate on a strict cost control to gain maximum profitability.
To ensure a good working relationship within all departments on all level.
To identify promotions, events and recommended to the Café Manager.
Requirements:
Possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level or Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U in any field.
Posses a tertiary qualification in Food & Beverage Management or its equivalent
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Those without qualification but with working experience of at least 2 years in Food & Beverages field are encouraged to apply.
